Do Nothing is a series that emerged after the death of David Lynch, colliding with the transition of Donald Trump back into the White House. Each piece is connected, as are we; they are all the same environment from a different vantage point.

Thoughts I had while painting this series:

we are beautiful but we can’t $ee it

Green green green green oh girl you are a sprout

I don’t want babies to lose their mothers, I don’t want to lose babies

Loss hurts infinitely because we’ve known it across lifetimes
